Welcome to AI Clip ("AI Clip", "we", "us", or "our"), an AI-powered tool for generating photos in various styles using user-uploaded images. By using our website or app (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Service.

1. Age Requirement

You must be at least 14 years old to use the Service. If you are under 14, you may only use the Service with a parent or guardian who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

You are responsible for your content. AI Clip is not liable for content generated or shared by users.

10. Legal and General Terms

• Arbitration: Disputes will be resolved under SIAC rules in Singapore in English by one arbitrator. The decision is final.
